California Advanced Imaging Medical Associates North Bay Division is centered in pristine Marin County California, just across the Golden Gate Bridge from San Francisco.  We are seeking diagnostic radiologists for partnership-track positions. ABR board certification/eligibility is required. Fellowship training in musculoskeletal, neuroradiology or abdominal imaging are preferred, but candidates with other subspecialty training will also be considered.  Fifth year residents wishing to get their career started will be supported and are encouraged to apply.

Environment:

Marin Health Medical Center offers a brand new Radiology department opened in 2022 as well as two new patient care towers.  MHMC, located centrally in stunning Marin County, is a high volume community hospital with Stroke and Trauma designations.  The greater hospital system encompasses 6 MRIs, 4 CT scanners, PET/CT and more.   Sutter Health affiliate, Novato Community Hospital is a modern medical center positioned in the northern part of Marin County.  Sonoma Valley Hospital is a small community hospital with recently installed state-of-the-art imaging equipment, including CT (2023) and 3-T MRI (2024), nestled in the middle of wine country.

Our musculoskeletal imagers practice the full breadth of MSK radiology, including a high volume of spine, large and small joint MRI as well as image-guided MSK interventions, and general radiology. Marin Health Medical Center, Novator Community Hospital and Sonoma Valley hospital are high-volume orthopedic hospitals offering the full breadth of orthopedic care.

Our neuroradiology team consists of subspecialty trained physicians focusing primarily on neuro CT & MRI.  Marin Health is staffed by UCSF neurosurgeons.

All radiologists in our group have a strong diagnostic radiology skillset with subspecialty fellowship training, and a collegial and supportive relationship with one another. All radiologists participate equally in a swing shift/weekend general radiology call pool, regardless of subspecialty. Overnight coverage (9p-8a) is provided by a teleradiology service.

CPMC is a private, not-for-profit, quaternary care hospital that is part of Sutter Health with multiple campuses located entirely within the city of San Francisco, including two new hospitals completed in 2019 and 2020. CPMC is home to a Breast Center of Excellence.

Our breast imaging radiologists cover two campuses, the CPMC Breast Health Center at the Pacific Heights Outpatient Campus and the Sutter Pacific Medical Foundation Breast Center at the CPMC Mission Bernal Campus. We offer the complete range of breast imaging with 3D tomosynthesis, MRI, tomosynthesis and stereotactic-guided breast biopsies, and MRI-guided biopsies. We have a robust practice with weekly tumor board and exceptional relationships with our referring providers, breast surgeons and oncologists. We also have the wonderful opportunity to practice in a subspecialized model with an extremely collegial group of breast imagers with a variety of experience who consider each other friends.

Salary: $450,000-755,000

Requirements:

Board certified or eligible.

Fellowship training in breast/women’s imaging is required.

CA State medical license to practice.

DEA Registration preferred.

CDPH RHB X-Ray Operator and Supervisor Certificate to practice.
