Courtney A. Lawhn-Heath, M.D.

Dr. Courtney Lawhn Heath received her MD degree from the University of Chicago Pritzker School of Medicine. She completed her diagnostic radiology residency and nuclear medicine fellowship at University of California San Francisco and holds certifications from the American Board of Radiology and the American Board of Nuclear Medicine. She comes to CAIMA after serving on the faculty of UCSF, with research interests including radiopharmaceutical therapy, neuroendocrine tumors, prostate cancer, and breast cancer. Prior honors include having been named “One to Watch” by the Society of Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging, and having received the competitive Hal O’Brien Rising Star Award from the Education and Research Foundation for Nuclear Medicine and Molecular Imaging.
