Dr. Baker received his MD degree from Georgetown Medical School in 1975. Following this, he completed his radiology residency and fellowship at UCSF Medical Center, specializing in Body CT and Gastrointestinal Imaging. Known for his talent and dedication, Dr. Baker has practiced since 1981 at California Pacific Medical Center. His subspecialty interests include interventional radiology as well as body imaging, with added expertise in CT virtual colonoscopy, CT coronary angiography and hepatic disease. A Clinical Professor of Radiology at UCSF Medical Center for many years, Dr. Baker loves to teach and has lectured as well as written chapters on liver imaging and intervention.
